Terms and conditions for the Kobra Collect - competition prize draw "Order and Win"

1. Organiser

2. Participation period

Participation in the contest is possible from March 22, 2026, up to and including April 5, 2026.

3. Conditions of participation

• Every natural person who places an order in the online shop of the organiser Kobra Collect (https://www.kobra-collect.de) within the participation period automatically takes part in the competition.
• Only persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
• There is one automatic entry per order. Multiple orders increase the chances of winning accordingly.
• Participation is subject to placing an order with a minimum value of €20 and subscribing to the Kobra newsletter
• Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. procedure & profit determination

• At the end of the participation period, one person will be drawn by lot from all qualified participants.
• The winner will be notified by email by April 12, 2026 at the latest.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Win

A cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.The prize is non-transferable.

6. Privacy Policy

• The organiser processes personal data (name, email address, order number) in order to carry out the competition.
• Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition and on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
• The data will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes unless express consent has been given.
• After completion of the competition and handover of the prize, the data collected will be deleted immediately, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

7 Liability & exclusion

• The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation.
• The organiser is not liable for technical faults, failures or delays that affect participation in the competition.
• Legal recourse is excluded.

8. Other

• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
• The organiser reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the competition for good cause, in particular in the event of force majeure or for legal reasons.
• Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
